1. Our Foundation
NAC was founded by a team of Christians, and the school is built on the foundation of Christian values and Biblical wisdom.
We pray together daily, speak God's name freely, and treat one another as brothers and sisters and image bearers of God, worthy of dignity simply because of who made them.

2. Ethical Leadership
Character as a Core Subject
A four-year, developmental sequence (Grades 5–8) that builds thinkers who lead with truth, act with justice, and serve with courage.

Who Am I, and How Do I Think?
Conscience, character, and the architecture of good thinking.
Grade 6
What Is True, and How Do I Know?
Worldview analysis, truth claims, and the moral law written on the heart.
Grade 7
What Is Right, and Why Does It Matter?
Applied ethics, justice, and real-world dilemmas.
Grade 8
How Do I Lead, and Who Do I Lead For?
A capstone thesis and a public talk. Students become mentors and advocates.

3. The Compass Framework
How We Discipline, and Why
Punishment alone has never changed a child's character. Detention doesn't build empathy. Suspension doesn't teach self-regulation. A child sent away in silence learns exactly one lesson: don't get caught next time.
The Compass Framework starts from a different conviction: students need real consequences for choices that harm others, and those consequences must always come with structured reflection, mentorship, and a genuine path back. Consequence without restoration is punishment. Restoration without consequence is permissiveness. We insist on both, every time.

4. The House System
Where It All Comes Together
Character isn't formed in isolation, and it isn't formed in a single class period. It's formed in community, the daily, real relationships a child has with older students, mentors, and peers who know their name.
Every NAC student belongs to one of four Houses, vertical communities that span every grade level, so a Grade 5 student has Grade 8 mentors, and a dedicated House Mentor who knows them well.
