Grade 6 student Aday traveled to the Taipei Excellence International Piano & Violin Competition, part of Taiwan's long-running Excellence Music Competition Series, where entrants perform from memory — no sheet music, no second attempt — on a Steinway & Sons D-274 concert grand in front of an international jury panel.

Torino Fashion Week now draws designers and brands from more than 40 countries to Turin each summer, and this year's 11th edition put a spotlight on sustainability and craftsmanship over mass production. A Grade 5 NAC designer named Focus had a piece on that stage: a dress built from traditional Thai silk, pieced with a modern silhouette and finished with a ruffled, one-shoulder trim.

Grade 5 student Taichi (Manakamolwan Klayyam) closed out back-to-back tournaments without a single early exit — a Silver Medal at the PTT Northern Regional Tournament in Chiang Mai, then a finalist run at the ALM Tournament at Impact Arena that ended one match short of the title.

None of this happened during school hours, and none of it was assigned. A piano competition, a fashion week, a tennis circuit — three students chose to chase something hard, on their own time, and came away with the medals and the certificates to show for it.

That is the part worth spotlighting. Not the trophies themselves, but the fact that three NAC students, in three completely unrelated fields, all decided that good enough wasn't, and went and proved it somewhere far from Nonthaburi.
